I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel was perfectly located, away from the heavy tourist crowds but still in the heart of Old Florence. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with a variety of amenities like couches, chairs, and complimentary drinks and snacks. The service was top-notch, with a staff that genuinely cared about making my stay exceptional. The only slight downside was the dining experience being slightly different due to the current situation, but everything else more than made up for it.
